**Annual Terms include one cut weekly between the months of April thru November. 2 Cuts monthly during the months of December through March. Off weeks in winter, if cut is not needed, will be supplemented with a weekly stop to pull weeds, trim landscape, bag leaves, or other provided agreed upon service.
